Ag, timber, and wildlife, the old Johnson Farm has it all! This 70.5 +/- ac. property, located in one of the most beautiful areas of Laurens County, is approximately half agricultural fields and half mature hardwoods. The property is mostly level with excellent soils currently in cotton production. The wooded areas are primarily mature oak and other hardwood species, with a drain which could be a pond site. Wildlife is abundant on this tract with deer, turkey, tons of doves, and occasionally, hogs. There are several deer stands and food plot areas as well. Don't let this one get away!
